Who can apply for a Firearm Permit at the Sheriff’s Department?
After applying for the permit online, White County residents that reside in an “unincorporated” area of White County can go to the White County Sheriff's Department to finish the application process. If you live in an incorporated area of White County, then you will need to go to your local police department to finish the application process.
